Keys player Kevin Gastonguay will be in Minneapolis Saturday on the Hammond B3 organ to join JT Bates and Zacc Harris for the JT Bates Grain Trio at Berlin, one of many competing live music options this week as the Blue Ox Music Festival takes place in nearby Eau Claire, Wis.

Loaded week of music, tough choices for live music fans

So many choices this week, thanks in part to Blue Ox Music Festival and all the talent that are playing there in Eau Claire, Wis. But Minneapolis has lots of great shows planned this week, including a surprise set at Gluek’s Thursday night, Micheal Cleveland at Dakota on Saturday and JT Bates Organ Trio featuring Kevin Gastonguay on the Hammond B3 organ Saturday.

Andy "Padre" Miller and Mark Joseph brought much energy to the affair.

Debbie Center sat in on keys in the first set.

Stanley Behrens brought his skills on harmonica and saxophone to several jams.

And a yeehah to you, Padre!
